Salvatore Rizza is a lawyer qualified to appear before the Higher Courts, including the Supreme Court of Cassation and the Council of State. He graduated with honours from the University of Trieste, where he defended a thesis in criminal law on the offences of corruption and extortion by a public official, under the academic supervision of Prof. Pittaro. Following graduation, he obtained a postgraduate diploma in legal practice from the School of Specialisation for the Legal Professions at the University of Padua, with a thesis on environmental extortion by a public official, a subject further developed during the two-year Galli course attended in Rome.

During his studies at the School of Specialisation for the Legal Professions in Padua, he also served as a deputy Public Prosecutor, gaining experience in criminal proceedings and investigative matters concerning offences against the Public Administration and economic crime. He currently advises companies and business organisations, working primarily in corporate and contract law, with an approach focused on the integration of civil, criminal and administrative law issues.
